Eligibility
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:
- Unused, unwashed and unworn.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Free from stains, perfume or signs of wear.

- Products damaged after delivery.
- Items without original tags.
- Orders requested after 3 days of delivery.
- Sale or promotional items.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an order cannot be exchanged or if VARI approves a refund after reviewing the returned item.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where applicable.
Exchange Policy
If your preferred size is available, we'll gladly exchange your item after your return has been approved and inspected.
